If you transfer products by car it is called a "shipment". If you transfer products by ship it is called "cargo". Why is this so?

Do zombies have a heartbeat? If the heart is what pumps the blood through the body for motion then how do zombies move? Is it just their impulse for violence that moves them, or are they in fact reincarnated living people prone to violence and canabalism?
